My childhood was not easy, I grew up in a humble family with 8 siblings, in the neighborhood of Las Zocas.<\/p>

Since I was a child, my interest in the restaurant business grew progressively. At the age of 15 I started my career in a bar, which my parents managed to set up after a lot of effort.<\/p>

When I was 18 years old I worked in a restaurant focused mainly on tourism in the south of Tenerife and after 2 years I was offered to work in a higher category restaurant where I dedicated 13 years of my life.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The turning point in my career came in 2003, when I decided to become an entrepreneur, opening my first restaurant. Inexperience and external factors aligned to conclude with the abandonment of the project after 2 years. <\/p>

After the blow suffered, I decide to return to my roots and turn my parents’ old bar into a small restaurant. My passion grows and my senses sharpen, I discover that cooking is what really fulfills me completely. <\/p>

Quickly my restaurant grows, becoming one of the references of the municipality of Adeje.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Five years later, the opportunity to grow appeared, and I threw myself again into a great project, a restaurant with capacity and very well located. Here the clients multiply and I improve my cuisine more and more, innovating and offering an infinite number of personalized dishes, without forgetting the importance of maintaining the roots of the product. <\/p>

Tucked by a young team and concerned about things well done. Our greatest asset is to give each client a personalized and familiar treatment, being the most important seal of my house “EL LAJAR DE BELLO”. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
